ELECTOLYSER PRODUCT RISK MANAGER
The Product Risk Manager will be responsible for :
Leading and coordinating the Safety/Failure Analysis of H2 products throughout their development and use
Implementing safety risk and failure mode analysis methods (in particular, FMEA)
Conducting risk analyses of products, their installation and use/operation
Integrate these analyses with those of the user customer (superior system)
Follow up on actions related to risk analyses internally, with customers and external organisations if necessary
Develop a network of expertise within and outside John Cockerill to feed into analyses on specific issues
Monitor customer and related accidents
Improve continuously the safety in the future
Centralise and disseminate best practice
Develop a shared view of Shell H2 safety program with both internal and external partners.
Organise the process and reviews of product risks
Cyber safety
Profil
Civil or Industrial Engineer background
More than 10 years experience in engineering of large industrial installations
Experience in safety risk analysis of more than 5 years
Expertise in the implementation and writing of FMECA and RAMS analyses
Knowledge of methods applied in SIL loops (process and E&I)
Accustomed to participating in HAZOP and LOPA analyses (at best having conducted them)
Knowledge of ATEX impacts
Familiar with the management of gas phase fluids, especially oxygen (O2) and hydrogen (H2)
Petrochemical background, fuel gases (biogas, natural gas,...) desired
Experience in the industrial hydrogen sector is an asset
Experience in cyber security is an asset
Knowledge of high and low voltage electricity is an asset
Autonomous profile, able to work from a blank page
Comfortable with contacts and teamwork
Leadership required
Good writing skills
Structured, rigorous, organised management (diligent in follow-up)
