To support the group's growth, we are looking to strengthen our team of Project Engineer consultants.

Joining our teams as a Project Engineer, you will undertake your first mission with one of our clients among the following industries: pharma, oil and gas, food and beverages, chemicals,...

Attached to a team, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects within the utilities sector, ensuring they meet the required standards of quality, cost, and time.

In this position, you will be involved in the following tasks:
- Project management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of utility projects, including the study and definition of the installations, the coordination of construction phases, equipment qualification, and commissioning, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Technical support: Provide technical expertise and support during all project phases, including feasibility studies, design reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Compliance and safety: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Stakeholder coordination: Interact with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, prepare detailed progress reports, and present project updates.

Profil

- You have experience in designing, implementing, and managing energy systems within industrial environments, such as power generation, distribution, and renewable energy systems.
- You possess knowledge of industry standards and norms (e.g. : ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.) and local regulatory requirements for energy systems.
- You are proficient in handling and optimizing subsystems (e.g., transformers, generators, compressors, switchgear, energy storage systems, ...)
- You have interest/expertise in energy efficiency practices and sustainability initiatives.
- A background in using energy management systems is a plus.
- You have interest in project management. Methodologies and tools such as Prince2, PMP, MS Office, MS Project, Primavera,... are a plus.
- You speak English and French or Dutch
- You have a consulting mindset
