Our story

Created in 2008, NEO2 was initially an engineering company providing “turnkey” industrial water treatment units; our added value was in the choice of water treatment processes and innovative processes. This is a very competitive environment in which we have made our mark.

The company then positioned itself as a consulting and technical assistance firm for process industries and infrastructures.

This diversification has allowed us to become a business specialist, resilient to economic and sectoral crises. This is essential to adapt to the challenges of our clients and to offer the right career paths to our teams.

The company has continued to deepen its expertise in new sectors and in different regions of France. Agencies in Nantes, Lyon, Strasbourg, Lille, Aix-en-Provence and Bordeaux have opened their doors, bringing together over 500 consultants today.

To continue our development, we have opened a new office in Belgium, in Brussels, which provides us with our first European foothold

« Why did I create NEO2?” »

Above all, to start from a blank page and build the company I would have loved to work for; the one that would have made me say to my friends something as simple as “my company is great and I can finally choose my projects!

I myself have held the positions of engineer, consultant and business manager in “my previous lives”; I have seen how complex it was to align the interests of everyone. But that’s where things get exciting because we have the freedom to create the company’s DNA and above all to choose the men and women who will bring the project to life. All employees are unique and have specific wishes by nature. The objective is to meet their expectations and that everyone can say during the annual reviews: “I really had a great year!”.
