Above all, to start from a blank page and build the company I would have loved to work for; the one that would have made me say to my friends something as simple as “my company is great and I can finally choose my projects!
I myself have held the positions of engineer, consultant and business manager in “my previous lives”; I have seen how complex it was to align the interests of everyone. But that’s where things get exciting because we have the freedom to create the company’s DNA and above all to choose the men and women who will bring the project to life. All employees are unique and have specific wishes by nature. The objective is to meet their expectations and that everyone can say during the annual reviews: “I really had a great year!”.
