Project :
Open to the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, France has always had a vocation to develop its maritime and naval potential. This is particularly the case in the city of Saint-Nazaire, which has a very large shipyard that has built over 60 liners since 1864 and a dozen are currently on order and under construction.
One of the recently completed liners is the Wonder of the Seas.
Description :
NEO2 has been working on this project since 2019 at different levels of intervention:
• Supervising the work on the Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) lot by supervising the HVAC installation work and managing 2 companies for a total of 150 people
• Preparing the pre-work phase thanks to feedback from experience and evaluating critical points
• Managing subcontracting contracts, paying particular attention to compliance with HSE rules and monitoring and managing teams on the ground
• Managing the application of paint and anti-corrosion work to preserve the integrity of the ship's hull
