Project :

The implementation and proper management of transport is an essential issue for the future today. Some studies predict a population increase of up to 10 billion by 2050. Thus, large cities must address this issue and respond to it, in particular through public transport. In the Île-de-France region, the EOLE Project consists of the extension and renovation of the RER E line.

The new line E will greatly reduce travel times. And because it will be the most interconnected in the entire network, its benefits will be widely disseminated for all Ile-de-France residents.

Description :

Since 2021, NEO2 has been supporting this project to extend the means of transport, notably on a track raising project.

• Animate the OPC hubs through weekly meetings and the writing of meeting minutes
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to have risk and planning management without margins
• Produce a clear and detailed report to the operations director in collaboration with the production unit managers

Project :

The Paris Region is the densest in France, despite a very developed public transport network, most lines (Tramway, Métro, Transilien, Bus) are congested at rush hour. Today, metros and RER form a star network with Paris at its center. The "Grand Paris Express" Project proposes to complete this system with the creation of four new metro lines around the capital (15, 16, 17 and 18), serving the inner and outer suburbs.

Description :

Since 2021, NEO2 has been working on one of the new main lines, line 15, for the fitting out of the stations:
• Set up the BIM digital model for a better interface and visibility on the studies
• Carry out the execution studies in partnership with the execution companies on the preparation of the various deliverables
• Intervene on the execution part of the works phase until the lifting of reservations on the electricity and heating, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) lots

Project :

In the building sector, two types of projects can see the light of day: the construction of new buildings from scratch, or rehabilitation which consists of renovating a building or transforming it so that it can fulfill a new function (transforming a dwelling into a restaurant for example).

The Louvre Saint Honoré (LSH) Project is a rehabilitation project in the heart of Paris.

Description :

Since 2022, NEO2 has been working on the LSH project which started recently in order to properly prepare for the upcoming work:
• Use the method to prepare the start of work, define the locations of the construction equipment to manage co-activities
• Carry out the verification of the various deliverables of the subcontractors by managing a team of designers
• Supervise the rehabilitation work by managing the safety, cost and time aspects in order to complete the project on time for the grand reopening
