Construction of a new milk powder production unit

Project :

Dairy processors have recently had to face two major challenges: the significant increase in global demand for milk powder, as well as the growing level of demand in terms of quality, hygienic design and microbiological safety.

To do this, industry players have invested heavily in projects to increase their milk processing capacity for high health markets.

Description :

NEO2 was able to support one of them in the construction project of a new unit, integrating a drying tower and a packaging workshop.

Commissioning of a raw alcohol production unit

Project :

For several years now, industrial sugar producers have been committed to a process of valorizing co-products and production resources. In this sense, sugar, alcohol and bioethanol producers have invested heavily in transforming their sites and optimizing their processes in order to increase the efficiency of their installations and reduce material losses.
NEO2 intervened for one of these companies, as part of the implementation of a new raw alcohol production unit from beet sugar.

Monitoring of works for the implementation of an aseptic filling line

Project :

NEO2 is supporting one of the leaders in bottling as part of a project to build a new state-of-the-art factory. With the aim of relocating, developing and modernizing its production within a single factory, the new site will allow the client group to increase its capacities, combining economic, social and environmental performance.
The project includes the implementation of two high-speed aseptic filling lines. In this context, NEO2 participated in the monitoring of the works phase for the "aseptic filling" lot
